I am so happy with how this turned out and I just wanted to share this with you all. Living with CF comes with challenges and it's difficult to see yourself outside of that, but this book showed me I could. Not everyone will like my book, but it was about me completing a task. My second mountain bike race! I placed 15th out of 40 and improved my time! The trail was 4.8 miles, the switchbacks were steep but I didn’t have to walk my bike at all!

Favorite meditation spot. Been sitting and doing this daily at least once a day for the past month. It really helps calm the nervous system! My yard is beautiful and I love sitting on the deck and listening to birds. My dogs love it too!
