We also provide bread and other bakery items to those who want to take something with them. The entire operation from preparing the meals to serving and clean up are done by volunteers! This morning I was able the do the food pick up and set up “take home” items for today’s hot meal.

I typed into Goblin.tools some of the ingredients I had on hand, and it came up with a new take on pasta for me! Introducing protein (barilla) pasta with avocado mash, an egg, and salsa hiding some vegetables! This sounds much healthier than my previous idea for lunch!
