Women in Bloom (WIB) is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2009 to benefit women with their personal and professional development. It is based in Valparaiso, Indiana and is a sister organization to Business Women United Network. The founder, Angela Crossin, along with her former business partner saw a need to address the lack of resources and opportunities for resource-challenged women, young female careerists (14-22) and female veterans. Both of them had family members who were involved in combat and know firsthand the personal sacrifices made by our military families.
