My Appeal
Hi everyone, I'm going to be locked up in a solitary single-room quarantine in Australia for half of October, but that's not going to stop me from running 150 miles in the month between SF, my quarantine room, and Sydney. This is a lot more miles than I've ever run in a month, even when I'm not in single-room lockup!
UPDATE: If I meet my goal by Oct 15th, I will attempt to run a marathon in my quarantine room, something like 5000 laps back and forth. Please donate to make that happen!
I hope you'll donate to support my 5-year-old daughter Aria and her school!
Funds raised go toward:
1) Technology, Physical Fitness, and Social-Emotional support.
2) Necessary resources to support distance learning and eventual school re-opening.
3) School community development and care during the pandemic.

My Cause
The Mission: The mission of the Sunnyside Elementary School PTA (subset of the California PTA) is to positively impact the lives of all children and families by educating and nurturing the whole child.
About the Organization: The Sunnyside Elementary PTA is a 501(c)(3) organization started in 1929 which fundraises in order to support teacher salaries (which accounts for 83% of our budget), diversity & inclusion education, arts integrated education, collaborative arts projects, academic support activities, and healthy living family events.
