My Cause

The Mission: The mission of the Sunnyside Elementary School PTA (subset of the California PTA) is to positively impact the lives of all children and families by educating and nurturing the whole child.

About the Organization: The Sunnyside Elementary PTA is a 501(c)(3) organization started in 1929 which fundraises in order to support teacher salaries (which accounts for 83% of our budget), diversity & inclusion education, arts integrated education, collaborative arts projects, academic support activities, and healthy living family events.
