My Appeal
My incredible mom, Dina Lossi Kilbreth, passed away from breast cancer in 1994 following a courageous battle. My dad, brothers, and I were so grateful and have never forgotten about the amazing care she received from Hospice. I know that many of you, my family and friends, have also been touched by Hospice in some way. This "Run-Bike-Hike For Hospice" fundraiser is the brain child of my friend, Mary Wiseman. We are excited to get as many folks as possible involved to get in shape while supporting this great cause! The Mission: Home Health & Hospice Care provides trusted patient centered services that enhance each individual’s independence and quality throughout life.
About the Organization: Home Health & Hospice Care has been a provider of home care and hospice services since 1883, making us the region’s most experienced Visiting Nurse Association. Serving 25 communities in southern New Hampshire including Manchester, Nashua, Derry, Salem, Merrimack and beyond, we provide traditional home care, inclusive of nursing, rehabilitation, therapies, medical social work, and licensed nursing assistants. Our Hospice team cares for patients in their homes, in nursing facilities, and in the Community Hospice House, which is owned and operated by Home Health & Hospice Care. We pride ourselves on having superior outcomes, cutting-edge technology and being leaders in disease management.
