Make a difference for injured and orphaned native wild birds by participating in Tri-State Bird Rescue & Research’s 4th Annual Virtual Feathered Friends 5K. Your support allows us to feed baby birds, fix broken wings, rescue oiled wildlife, and return our feathered friends back to the wild where they belong, healthy and strong. Please help us reach our goal of raising $5,500 by September 30th to help save birds’ lives. Do it for you and do it for the birds!
Don’t like to run or walk? You can still participate in this challenge by doing pretty much anything that elevates your heart rate. How about cycling, dancing, or any of your favorite fitness activities! Just make sure to log it! For activities that cannot be measured in steps or miles, please refer to the PHYSICAL ACTIVITY CONVERSION CHART below.
