Empowering People -> Breaking Barriers -> Thriving Community
About Follow the Sign 2022 Campaign
This is GCDHH 2nd annual "Follow the Sign" Virtual 5K, which is raising funds for the Georgia Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing community who are low-income, supporting them toward better living and independence. The funds also support us in the children in these communities so that we can sponsor them in our Camp Juliena, which is a week-long summer residence where they can engage in various, signed camp activities.
With CF, we can connect volunteers nationally to support the cause of helping empower the Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing community, breaking the barriers between the hearing and the Deaf, helping the Georgia community thrive.
Why did GCDHH choose to work with Charity Footprints?
We chose CF because during the pandemic last year, we were able to bring people together virtually for a great cause--breaking barriers in our community This year we aim to do the same and expand our reach.
