ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
Through research, education and family support, we have ONE MISSION: END AHC
The Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood Foundation provides opportunities for collaboration, the latest in AHC literature and research education, and resources to empower AHC families and healthcare professionals as they care for individuals with AHC. Using $.90 of every $1.00 donated, the foundation funds crucial research with leading geneticists, neurologists, and other scientists worldwide with the hopes of finding a cure. It also proudly supports families in their greatest time of need, offering a community and understanding from individuals who share the unique burden of a life impacted by AHC. The Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization (EIN 38-3225425).
Our Mission
To find the cause(s) of AHC, develop effective treatments and ultimately find a cure, while providing support to the families and children with AHC by funding research to accomplish these goals.
