The Real Estate Exchange (REEX) program is an educational program that exposes thousands of underrepresented youths to the Commercial Real Estate industry and helps them find their way into a field that has historically excluded them.

Our Mission

Basis Impact Group Foundation seeks to inspire the next generation of leaders in commercial real estate by exposing underrepresented youth to the career and wealth building opportunities that exist in the commercial real estate industry. Through its partnership with Real Estate Executive Council (REEC) and numerous professional real estate organizations and institutions, the Foundation’s educational program helps hundreds of young people access the potential of this essential but often exclusive field.
