Traditional overnight camps — and life skills learning — for adults with developmental disabilities

At Camp Blue Skies, people who are 21 and older with developmental disabilities enjoy recreational activities indoors and outside, along with lots of fun and friendship. Our camps are in the spring and fall in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Camp Blue Skies focuses on the camper’s physical, mental and emotional well-being through continued development of a healthy lifestyle and positive social skills. “We hope to provide each camper with fun and adventure through appropriate challenges, and a better understanding of self and others through group living with shared experiences,” said founder Dick Sesler.
