D&E is a HUD-approved Housing Counseling agency that strives to improve the community by serving the underserved. We help clients learn how to manage their finances, rebuild their credit, and how to take the steps necessary to own their first home. We offer different workshops to educate people on the importance of credit and financial tools, and we assist in applying for down payment assistance, mortgage assistance, and rental assistance.
