ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
Every Life is Precious.
We rescue animals suffering from abuse, neglect and abandonment on the islands of Hawaii and beyond. As the first no-kill shelter founded in the state, we care for the animals in our care like family, working to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome pets into loving forever homes. In addition, we offer low-cost veterinary services to the public through our wellness and vaccine clinics as well as operating an affordable spay/ neuter clinic available to the community.
Our Mission
The Oahu Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was founded in April 2009, based on a no-kill philosophy, with the mission that “Every healthy treatable animal will find a forever home”.
