ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
Reconnecting people affecting by brain injury and stroke
Synapse House provides a community based day Clubhouse program, Aphasia Group, Caregiver Boot Camp, Caregiver Support Group and a Challenge Your Brain Group all to enhance the recovery and provide needed support to those with acquired brain injury.
We are a 501c3 organization located in Elmhurst, IL.
