You make history; we preserve it!
The Warner Historical Society researches and preserves local history in Warner, NH. We share our findings and collections with the community to facilitate education and research. We work with local partners to host community events like Fall Foliage Fest. We present educational, cultural, and historical programs like the Tory Hill Authors Series, exhibits at the Upton Chandler House, and guided history tours.
We are are the curators of three historic buildings in town, our offices at 15 West Main St, the Upton Chandler House Museum at 10 West Main Street, and the Lower Warner Meeting House.
Our Mission
The mission of the Warner Historical Society is to bring together people interested in the history of Warner, NH, to identify and preserve landmarks, documents, artifacts and other items of historical significance to the town, to keep alive our heritage by recording the history and incidents of the past and present, and to support education about the history of Warner.
