Elevate Freedom 2025 Campaign

Not Abandoned Foundation is thrilled to announce the launch of this year’s Elevate Freedom campaign—a bold, united effort to bring restoration and opportunity to survivors of human trafficking around the world. Building on the momentum of last year’s incredible impact, this campaign invites individuals, families, and communities to join us in raising critical funds and awareness for Not Abandoned, a nonprofit working on the front lines to combat exploitation and support survivor healing. Through outreach, vocational training, therapeutic resources, and local partnerships, Not Abandoned is empowering women and children to reclaim their dignity and step into a future filled with hope.

The goals of this year’s campaign are clear: to deepen our support in Southeast Asia and North Africa, expand survivor services, and equip more local leaders through trauma-informed care and employment initiatives. We’ve once again partnered with Charity Footprints because of their proven platform for turning movement into mission. Their tools allow supporters to take action through fitness challenges that not only raise funds but also amplify awareness of the global crisis of trafficking. It's more than a fundraiser—it's a movement of freedom-minded people using their voice, steps, and platforms to elevate lives that have been marginalized for far too long. This campaign is deeply tied to the story of Not Abandoned. What began as a small effort to reach exploited women in red-light districts has grown into a global initiative supporting holistic healing and long-term transformation. Elevate Freedom is a reflection of that journey—a call to rise together for those who’ve been held down. When you participate, you're not just walking or running for freedom—you’re actively rewriting stories of trauma into stories of strength.

When it comes to injustice as complex as the exploitation of women, it can be overwhelming knowing how to help. You deserve to be confident that your donations and efforts to the cause are actually making a difference in the lives of those most desperate for help. Without a clear path to freedom, exploited women endure constant sexual and financial abuse, lack of access to non-exploitative work, forced separation from those they love and an undeserving but unrelenting cycle of shame. Not Abandoned recognizes this hopelessness experienced by women trapped in exploitation and has been able to help over 5,000 women experience hope and freedom through services provided at our Freedom Centers. Not Abandoned empowers freedom for women and children exploited and vulnerable in the darkest places around the world.

Join The Elevate Freedom 2025 Campaign hosted by Not Abandoned. Campaign runs from July 1 to August 31, 2025, and is open to participants around the globe. This eight-week virtual movement challenge invites you to walk, run, bike, hike, or log any physical activity in support of Not Abandoned’s mission to bring freedom and restoration to survivors of human trafficking. As you move, you’ll raise vital funds that support trauma-informed care, vocational training, and long-term healing for women and children in some of the world’s most vulnerable regions. This year’s campaign theme—Hope in Every Mile—reminds us that every step we take creates real, lasting impact.
